Khitish Pandya brings over 30 years of experience and is the CEO of Ecotasar Silk P Ltd, a social enterprise focused on empowering disadvantaged communities through sustainable handwoven silk production. With over 7 years of experience working with PRADAN and building capacity for handloom weavers, Mr. Pandya has a deep understanding of sustainable practices, cooperative models, and rural development.
Prof (Dr.) Kusum Chopra
Kusum Chopra brings over 40 years of experience in fashion, textiles, and sustainability. A Ph.D. in Textile Technology from IIT Delhi, she has held leadership roles as the Chairperson of the Fashion Design Dept. at NIFT and Principal of DIA. With extensive expertise in teaching, research, and product development, Prof. Chopra has led consultancy projects on sustainable growth, innovation, and fashion technology.
Mr. Himanshu Saran
Himanshu Saran brings over 37 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, and real estate management, focusing on sustainability and operational excellence. His leadership roles at Aga Khan Development Network, CBRE, Bosch, and Cummins involved strategic planning, greenfield/brownfield projects, and execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives. With deep expertise in procurement, energy optimization, and sustainability initiatives, Himanshu is skilled at aligning projects with sustainability goals.

Hrishikesh - Founder
A seasoned designer with over 24 years of experience, specializes in sustainability, management, and technology-driven design innovations. A NIFT Delhi alumnus, he excels in Design Thinking and Processes, transforming ideas into impactful solutions. He has developed customized Project Management Systems and MIS tools for efficient project management. As an artist, Hrishikesh creates meaningful art installations, enhancing spaces. His dedication to sustainable development and innovative design makes him a valuable asset in any project.
Harshal Chadha - Founder
An experienced management professional specializing in sustainability, rural development, and digital marketing Harshal has a strong track record in positively impacting rural artisan communities. He has led multiple projects mobilizing thousands of artisans and enhancing operational efficiency. Harshal’s expertise includes business plan development, project management, and value chain analysis, with a focus on sustainable growth. He holds a PGDRM from IRMA, and a Master's in Entrepreneurship for Impact from Srishti Institute.
Prof. (Dr.) Ruhi Lal - Principal Researcher
Dr. Ruhi Lal is a highly accomplished advertising and media professional with over two decades of experience in academia and research. As Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Green5 team.
